Symptoms

After you install recent updates of Windows 10, the Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 client may crash on the first run after a fresh start of Windows.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the May 7, 2019, update (KB4464532) for Microsoft Skype for Business 2016.
