Symptoms
In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 or Exchange Server 2016 environment, when a user searches for contacts by using the Microsoft Skype for Business on Mac client, the FindPeople request fails and an "Invalid Shape Specification" error occurs.
Cause
The persona:BusinessPhoneNumbers and persona:MobilePhones properties aren't in the SupportedRequestProperties collection.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install one of the following updates:
The Cumulative Update 3 for Exchange Server 2019 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2019.
The Cumulative Update 14 for Exchange Server 2016 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2016.
