Symptoms
Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or 2017. When you run ObjectPropertyEx (id, Cardinality) to get the total row count for a table with a clustered columnstore index, you notice that it does not include the rows in the delta store or account for the rows in the deleted bitmap.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

This issue is fixed in the following cumulative updates for SQL Server:
