Symptoms
The Table Variable Deferred Compilation feature on a database in SQL Server 2019 remains enabled even when the QUERY_OPTIMIZER_COMPATIBILITY_LEVEL_n hint is at 140 or lower.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
