Power Apps Portals Version 9.3.1.x Release
This release includes only an updated portal host and no solution package updates. The portal host will automatically be updated to version 9.3.1.2 by Microsoft.
Power Apps Portals Version 9.3.1.x Release
Portal host Version 9.3.1.2 resolves the following issues:

When a user clicks on field validation warining on Profile page, focus is not taken automatically to the field.

"Add note" button is not accessible using keyboard in timeline control on Portal form.

In partner portal, if logged user is not associated with any parent account and contact has admin web role, an error saying "An unknown failure has occured" is shown on profile page when navigating to "Parent Account" tab . After this fix, a message indicating no record was found would be displayed.

Access denied page does not work as expected when multiple language is enabled and MultiLanguage/DisplayLanguageCodeInURL setting is disabled (theme.css file does not load).

"Calendar view" shows incorrect week when the last day of previous month is shown in the same calendar page as the current month.

Entity List displaying entitlements does not honor Entity Permissions.

Unable to use keyboard (Tab + Enter keys) to upload file button in Portal.

Updating email address to an already taken email address gives a success message but the actual email is not updated. After this update an error will be shown if the email address is already taken.

If more than 30 views are enabled, then entity list will not load if used in pages based on web templates.

An error is shown on sharepoint list if "Absolute Url" of a site in Sharepoint site entity is empty and this site has a child site associated with it.

On the second step of a two step web form, when a user selects a value from lookup modal dialog using keyboard "enter" key, entire record is submitted instead of selecting the record.

Line breaks on notes are not visible on timeline control when added through "add note" action in timeline control on portal.

On Chrome browser, blank space is displayed under header when no records are found while searching for records in entity list.

Bad request error is shown when Portal signout request is redirected to a page with multiple question mark("?") character in the Url.

Bad request error is shown when a user tries to download a Sharepoint file which has ampersand (&) character in name.

Lookup Filter set in form properties doesn' work if it is using self refrential relationship to filter records.

When the start date and the end date of an event are on 2 different months, calendar control only highlighs the days of that event in the starting month.

Subgrid pointing to entity marketing list does not display any data.

Bing Maps doesn't load properly when enabled on web forms.

A generic error is shown when a user does not have permissions to edit certain part of website content and tries to edit it from Embedded designer in portal runtime.

Custom Duration values set on a duration field are not displayed properly in Portal forms.
This release also contains performance, security fixes and improve overall reliability of Power Apps portals.
