Improvements and fixes
This security update contains an improvement and fixes for the following nonsecurity issues in SharePoint Server Subscription Edition:

Enables flight for the new Hybrid Search feature in the Standard release ring.

Fixes an issue in which SharePoint search topology is not resilient during extended server shutdowns, particularly while Crawler components remain active.

Fixes an issue in which RSS Feed pages cannot load correctly after an upgrade to .NET Framework 4.8.
