Symptoms
Starting in Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019, the SefaUtil application that helps users manage settings for common area phones is no longer supported. Users must now manually configure the program to enable call forwarding to delegates.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the December 2021 cumulative update 6 for Skype for Business Server 2019, Web Components Server.
