Symptoms
On a Unified Communications Managed API (UCMA) 6.0 or 5.0-based server, adding any customer header will cause an app to stop responding if the UseRegistration value is set to True in Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the December 2021 cumulative update 6 for Skype for Business Server 2019, Unified Communications Managed API 5.0 Runtime.
