The specific help button you clicked in Outlook is shared by several different areas of Outlook. Select the information you need below.
To learn about Quick Steps in Outlook, see Automate common or repetitive tasks with Quick Steps.
To learn more about adding a Calendar into Outlook from the internet, see Import calendars into Outlook.
The help button is also used on the Automatic Accept or Decline dialog box in the File > Options > Calendar area. These are the three options presented on that dialog box:
-
Automatically accept meeting requests and remove canceled meetings
Note that selecting this option also enables the second and third options. Select this option if you want Outlook to automatically accept all incoming meeting requests and add them to your calendar. This option also tells Outlook to remove any meetings from your calendar that were cancelled by the meeting organizer.
-
Automatically decline meeting requests that conflict with an existing appointment or meeting
Select this option if you want Outlook to automatically decline all incoming meeting requests that conflict with other existing meetings and appointments on the same day and time on your calendar. Outlook sends a decline notice to the meeting organizer on your behalf.
-
Automatically decline recurring meeting requests
Select this option if you want Outlook to automatically decline any incoming meeting requests that are set up to be recurring meetings. Outlook sends a decline notice to the meeting organizer on your behalf.
