Question:

An error is returned in Integration Manager when setting up the destination mapping. The message refers to an internal error and the gives the following information: "[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access 97 Driver] Not a valid bookmark". What can be done to fix this error?


Answer:

This error refers to a problem with the database file that Integration Manager is using. There may besome corrupt data in the IM.MDB file. This file can be restored from a backup, orattempt to repair or compact the IM.MDB file using the procedures listedin the Dynamics Integration Manager Manual which is also available in an Acrobat Reader format in theIM\HELP directory.
