Symptoms
You have Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate or Professional installed on a server. When you try to change the Run64BitRuntime property of an Integration Services project by using the SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT), you find the property is disabled and cannot be changed.

This problem was first fixed in the following cumulative update for SQL Server:

Note The 64-bit runtime is loaded only if you have the the previously mentioned fix installed and the following conditions are met. Otherwise, the 32-bit runtime is loaded.

The Ultimate edition of Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 is present.

The 64-bit runtime is present.
