Debug break on Windows Server 2012 R2 with snapshots on a CSV volume
Consider the following scenario:
- You have a server that runs Windows Server 2012 R2.
- You have a Cluster Shared Volume (CSV).
- You create one or more snapshots of this volume.
- IO failures occur on the CSV volume and its snapshots at the same time.
- After a while, one of the snapshots (or the CSV volume itself) is stuck in Draining state.
In this scenario, the CSV volume will be inaccessible until a failover occurs.
