FIX: Access violation when a query uses ISDATE or ISNUMERIC functions in Join conditions in SQL Server 2014 SP1

Symptoms
When you run a query in which ISDATE or ISNUMERIC functions are used in Join conditions in Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 1 (SP1), an access violation occurs.
