MS15-098: Vulnerabilities in Windows Journal could allow remote code execution: September 8, 2015

Summary
This security update resolves vulnerabilities in Windows that could allow remote code execution if a user opens a specially crafted Windows Journal file. Users whose accounts are configured to have fewer user rights on the system could be less affected than users who operate with administrative user rights.

To learn more about the vulnerabilities, see Microsoft Security Bulletin MS15-098.
