Fine tuning failover cluster network thresholds in Windows Server 2012 R2
Currently the default settings that are used by cluster network thresholds are too aggressive and cause transient operational issues with cluster functioning. This update provides more tolerance of brief transient network issues on failover clusters by making the following changes:
