Symptoms
When you receive an instant message (IM), and then click the message toast in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016, you experience several seconds delay in seeing the message.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the October 10, 2017, security update for Skype for Business 2016 (KB4011159).
