If you purchase an Office Pre-installed PC with Office Premium Plus Office 365 Service, please check the following:
- Make sure Windows is activated and your device is connected to the Internet
- Locate your product key card that is included in your device packaging
- Create a Microsoft account if you don't have one already
Activate the pre-installde client apps of 'Office Premium' and start 'Office 365 Service' subscription
Step 1:
Start a preinstalled Office client app from Start menu, like Word.
Step 2:
The first dialog with the simple description about Office Premium Plus Office 365 Service opens
Select Get started button
Step 3:
The Enter a product key dialog opens, enter the product key and Select Next button
If Sign in dialog opens, sign into the app with your Microsoft account.
Step 4:
The License agreement dialog opens.
It indicates that The preinstalled client apps are activated by the Office Premium license and the Office 365 Service 12-months free subscription will start at same time.
Review the License agreement of Office Premium and select Accept button
Step 5:
Select Account menu in the left pane in the client app windows.
Confirm the status under Product Information in the Account screen
The product name, Microsoft Office Home and Business Premium is shown without color shading.
