Remove notebooks you no longer need to keep your workspace clean and focused. Deleting a Copilot Notebook helps reduce clutter and ensures you only keep the content that’s still relevant.
Note
Copilot Notebooks is available to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat licensed users. Accounts must have a SharePoint or OneDrive license (service plan) to create notebooks. Copilot Notebooks is also available for Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, and Premium subscribers. Learn more about Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing and Microsoft 365 Copilot plans.
How to delete a notebook
Hover over your notebook name and select More actions

To view and browse all of your notebooks, refer to Find all your Microsoft 365 Copilot Notebooks.
Select Delete.
In the confirmation dialog, select Delete to confirm.
