Stay in sync across devices
Start a conversation on your computer
Open Copilot on your desktop.
Start a conversation with Copilot. For example:
Summarize the latest status on [project name].Review the response and ask any follow-up questions or thoughts.
Continue the chat on your phone
Open the Microsoft Copilot mobile app.
Select the navigation menu and go to Conversations.
Choose the recent conversation you started.
Keep the conversation going and when you're ready, ask Copilot to:
Create a status report for my leadership team.
Bring your work back to your computer
When you're ready to finalize or share what you’ve created:
- Open Copilot in Outlook on your computer.
- Navigate to the same Copilot conversation you continued on mobile.
- Copy the polished status update.
- Paste it directly into an email to send to your leadership team.
