Grammar checking in Word comes from Microsoft Editor, your intelligent writing assistant. Editor provides advanced help with grammar and spelling in multiple languages when you sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.
Start or open a Word document.
On the Home tab, select Editor.
In the Editor pane, select a correction or refinement, such as Conciseness, Grammar or Clarity to review Editor's suggestions.
