ISSUE

When using classic Outlook, new Outlook, or Outlook Web Access (OWA) you may find that auto translate has stopped working. This issue occurs even if you have enabled “Always Translate” in the Translate settings in Outlook.

STATUS: INVESTIGATING

The Outlook Team is investigating this issue. We will update this topic when we have more information.

WORKAROUND

To work around the issue, manually translate emails using Translate Message in Outlook.
