Calendar sharing

Share your work or personal calendar with Outlook mobile to allow others to view or edit events, and view a coworker's calendar to quickly see their availability.

Share your calendar

  1. Tap the calendar menu in the upper left.

  2. Tap the Calendar gear icon.

  3. Tap Add people and select the people you want to add.

  4. Tap a person to edit their permissions or remove their access.

  5. Tap the checkmark.

Get a side-by-side view

  1. Tap the calendar in the upper left.

  2. Tap the Calendar gear icon.

  3. Tap Add a shared calendar, enter the person who shared their calendar with you, and tap the + by their name.

  4. To see their free or busy status, tap the gear icon next to their name and choose a color.

    If they've shared with you, you'll see their calendar details based on pre-set permissions.
