If you cannot sign in to your OneDrive account, or OneDrive says OneDrive is not connected, let us guide you through the steps to get syncing again.
Sign in
Check whether you can sign in to your OneDrive account online.

If you can't sign in to your Microsoft Account, visit Can't sign in to Microsoft account.

If you can't sign in to your your organization's OneDrive account, try to reset your password or alternatively, please contact your organization's IT Admin.
Check for updates
If you can sign in to OneDrive online, but not on your computer, check for updates.
If your computer is up to date, reset OneDrive.
