To cancel a webinar in Teams:

  1. Select Calendar  Teams Calendar tab icon in Teams.

  2. Right-click the event you want to cancel.

  3. Select Cancel  Close icon.

Important: Canceling a webinar can't be undone.

To cancel a webinar from the event page:

  1. Select Calendar  Teams Calendar tab icon in Teams.

  2. Select the event you want to cancel and open its details.

  3. On the event page, select Cancel event

If you cancel a webinar, attendees will be notified automatically via email.
