Check your spelling in Word on your mobile device

On a tablet, go to the Review tab and tap the Spell Check icon.

On a phone, tap the Edit icon , and then tap Home > Review > Spelling.

On an iPad, go to the Review tab, tap the Spell Check icon , and then turn on Spelling.

On an iPhone, tap the Edit icon , tap Home > Review > Proofing tools, and then turn on Spelling.

On the Review tab, tap the Spell Check icon.
