Copy the slide, picture, text, or shape you want to paste.
Select where you want to paste the item you copied.
On the Home tab, select Paste and choose the option you want.

Icon	Option	Description
	Use Destination Theme	The pasted content adopts the color scheme and styling of the current presentation.
	Keep Source Formatting	The pasted content keeps the color scheme and styling of the presentation it came from.
	Picture	A picture is pasted.
	Keep Text Only	The content is pasted as plain text—with no formatting.
	Paste Special	Lets you insert an object from the Clipboard in a particular format. For more details, see Paste Special.
