Clearing the cache on your device may help with issues you may be experiencing. You can also try just shutting down and restarting Teams.
Note: You won't lose any user data by clearing the cache. Restarting Teams may take longer than usual after clearing the cache.

Right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar and select Quit to shut Teams down.

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

In the Run dialog box, enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams, and then select OK.

Select and delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams folder.
If you get an "In use" error, you may need to close Outlook, or go into some folders and delete contents. -
Restart Teams.

If Teams is running, control-click the Teams icon in the dock and select Quit, or press ⌘+Q.

In Finder, go to the Applications/Utilities folder and double-click Terminal.

Enter the following command exactly in Terminal and press Return:
rm -r ~/Library/Application\ Support/Microsoft/Teams -
Restart Teams.
