  1. In the upper-right corner, select More form settings Generic Ellipsis button​​​​​​​ and choose  Forms collaborate or duplicate icon Collaborate or Duplicate.

  2. Under Add collaborators, select Add calendar button Share the link to collaborate and view result.

  3. Choose who to share with, copy the link, and paste it into an email or Teams message.
