Microsoft To Do is a simple and intelligent to-do list that helps you manage all your tasks in one place. With To Do's integration with Outlook, you can use My Day to view your upcoming calendar events and tasks anywhere in Outlook, including Mail, Calendar, and People. If you're using classic Outlook, you've got the option to use To Do, or classic Tasks.
To Do uses smart lists that make it easy to track tasks and organize your day. With To Do you can quickly organize your tasks by adding them to My Day, marking them as important, or adding them to new lists that you create.
Open the To Do app in new Outlook
On the side margin of the new Outlook window, select To Do
, which opens the Tasks pane. You can select different lists, or create a New list here.
