In Outlook mobile, favorite your contacts, order them, and set notifications to prioritize messages from your most important contacts.
Add people to your Favorites
- In your Inbox, tap your account picture or logo at the top left.
- Next to Favorites, tap the Edit icon.
- Search for your most important people in the Search bar and select the star next to their name to favorite them.
- Under Favorites, drag to order and prioritize them if you like.
- When you're done, select the checkmark.
Set notifications
- Tap your account picture or logo at the top left, and then tap the Settings icon in the lower left.
- Tap Notifications.
- Under each account you want to change, select Favorite People.
