Fix OneDrive sync problems

We're sorry that you're having trouble syncing your OneDrive. Select the icon you see on your PC from the list below, and we'll show you the steps to help get you syncing again.

Note

  • If you can't see any OneDrive icons in the taskbar or notification area, it could be that the icons have moved, or OneDrive isn't running. Learn more.
  • If you exceed your Microsoft storage, you won't be able to upload, edit, or sync new files (such as Camera Roll) to your OneDrive. Learn more.
