Microsoft Lists helps you organize, collaborate on, and share the information you care about. Create and share lists that help you track issues, assets, routines, contacts, inventory, and more. 

The Lists mobile app helps you work with your lists on the go. You can create, edit, and browse lists on your mobile device. 

Notes: 

  • Currently, the Lists mobile app does not support personal Microsoft accounts (hotmail, outlook.com, live.com, msn.com). You must be a member of an organization that has an Office 365 or Microsoft 365 commercial subscription that includes SharePoint.

  • Currently, the Lists mobile app also does not support sovereign clouds. Support for sovereign clouds is coming later.

(Android) Download Microsoft Lists from the Play Store

View your data on Lists home

  1. Open the Lists app.

  2. Tap My Lists.

  3. Alternately, browse Recent lists and tap the one you want to open.
