Listen to audio recaps of your meetings
Applies To
Teams Meeting Audio recap is a feature that uses the power of large language models (LMM) to capture and summarize key topics discussed during your Teams meetings, using transcripts from up to 8 meetings during the time period you choose. Summaries are provided in audio format, enabling efficient review of the highlights without going through individual recaps.
The summary is generated by AI and should be checked for accuracy.
Important: Copilot in Teams is available on Windows, Mac, web, Android, and iOS. You must have a Microsoft 365 and a Microsoft 365 Copilot license in order to access Copilot in Teams features, like audio recaps.
How audio recap works
Audio recaps can be generated using your meeting transcripts and are stored in your OneDrive. Only meetings that have transcripts can be used to generate audio recaps.
Notes:Â
-
Meeting transcripts expire after 120 days unless deleted sooner by the meeting organizer. You can't create audio recaps of meetings that are older than 120 days.
-
Audio recaps may be subject to daily usage limits.
