In Microsoft Teams Free, you can manage your data and storage in Settings .

Note

This feature is currently available on Microsoft Teams Free for iOS and Android.

To manage data and storage:

  1. Tap your profile picture.

  2. Tap Settings .

  3. Tap Data and Storage .

  4. In the Data and Storage settings, you can:

    • Clear temporary files
    • Clear app data
    • Reset the app’s database
    • Reduce data usage for Video calls
    • Change the Image upload quality
    • Choose whether to Show history
    • Clear history
