Your use of the subscription service and software (the “Services”) is subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement applicable to the subscription under which you acquired a license for the Services. For instance, if you are:

An enterprise end user of an enterprise customer, your use of the Services is subject to the enterprise agreement in place between Microsoft and that enterprise customer.

A consumer (individual) user, your use of the Services is subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement between Microsoft and you.

A user of Microsoft Teams Essentials or any not-for-pay, Microsoft Teams offering for business use, your use of the Services is subject to the Supplemental to the Microsoft Services Agreement between Microsoft and you.
