Problem
The OneDrive for work or school (SPOneDriveForBusiness) Diagnostic detects certain problematic conditions and collects information to troubleshoot Microsoft OneDrive for work or school issues. This diagnostic supports both OneDrive for work or school 2013 and 2015.
Solution
This article describes the information that may be collected from a computer that's trying to connect to OneDrive for work or school.
Required permissions
The rules in the diagnostic package use the local administrator account of the client computer.
Manifest results
The following table lists the files that are collected when you run SPOneDriveForBusiness, and it describes the information that each file contains.

Prerequisites
To install this package, you must have Windows PowerShell 2.0 installed on the computer. For more information, go to Windows Management Framework (Windows PowerShell 2.0, WinRM 2.0, and BITS 4.0).
