ISSUE
When you send an email from your Outlook.com account, Outlook crashes. This issue happens for users on the Current Channel (Preview) channel on build 17029.20028.
STATUS: FIXED
The fix for this issue has released in Version 2311 Build 17029.20068. To install the update, select File > Office Account >Â Update Options >Â Update Now. If you disabled updates, make sure to re-enable updates by selecting File >Â Office Account >Â Update Options >Â Enable Updates.
WORKAROUND
The issue is fixed in future builds 17029.20052+.
To workaround the issue, use the steps below to revert to the prior working build:
- 
            Open a Command Prompt window, from Windows search box type Command Prompt, right click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator. 
- 
            Paste the commands below into the Command Prompt window and press Enter after each: - 
                cd %programfiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun 
- 
                officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.16924.20124
