Print in black and white

Word for the web creates a PDF file that is then printed.

1. Select the File tab and choose Print. 
2. Select Print this document.
3. Select Open PDF to view printer settings.
4. Under Color, select Black & white.

The options available in the dialog box are specific to your printer. Select the properties for printing in color, grayscale or black and white.

2. Under Copies & Pages, select Black & White.
