Report suspicious messages in Outlook

In new Outlook select the suspicious message.

On the Home tab, select  Report.

On the drop-down, choose   Report Phishing or  Report Junk.

• Phishing attempts to trick a recipient into giving away sensitive data or installing malware.

• Junk is unwanted, unsolicited junk email.

In Outlook for Mac select or open the suspicious message.

On the Message menu, select Report.

Select Report Junk or Report Phishing.

In Outlook on the web, select the suspicious message.

On the Home tab, select  Report.

On the drop-down, choose   Report Phishing or  Report Junk.
