See all your workflows

The Your workflows section in Workflows shows all your workflows created across Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Copilot.

Access Your workflows section

Select Workflows from the menu on the left side of Teams.
On the Home tab, scroll down to Your workflows section.

Note

On the Home tab you will see your 5 most recently created workflows and Copilot actions, with the most recent one being at the top of the list.
Select See all at the top-right corner to open the full page of all your configured workflows.

Tip

Select the search bar at the top-left of the page to quickly find the workflow you are looking for.

The Your workflows section consists of 2 views

Workflows: Displays all workflows you've created using standard actions (non-Copilot).
AI Workflows: Displays workflows built using Copilot-powered actions, such as summarize, other AI-assisted steps.
