Set up your microphone

1. Select the ellipsis (...) next to your profile picture or initials in the upper right, select  Settings and then choose Devices.

2. Under Microphone, select a microphone from the list. Try it out by using  Make a test call.

3. Set your preferences: 

   • Turn Automatically adjust mic sensitivity  on or off.

   • Set the level of background Noise suppression. 

   • Turn High fidelity music mode on or off. When on, this also allows you to control echo cancellation.
