Share ownership of a form

To share form ownership, move the form to a new or existing group to give all group members full editing capabilities. For more info on groups, see Learn about Microsoft 365 groups.

1. On the Forms home page, select My forms.

2. Hover over the form you'd like to transfer, select More options   and choose  Move to a group.

3. Choose a group, and then select Move.

Groups are available only in Microsoft 365 business accounts.
