Share to Outlook from Microsoft Teams

Hover over the chat message you want to share.

Select More options > Share to Outlook .

Choose your recipient(s). You can also add attachments or customize the message with familiar email options.

Select Send   to share your chat message. 

Hover over a channel post or a specific message in a post.

Select More options > Share to Outlook .

Choose your recipient(s). You can also select from custom options, edit the subject line, and add attachments.

Select Send   to share your channel conversation. If you share a post, this sends the entire conversation history.
