Team News in the SharePoint mobile app for Android

Stay in the loop with important or interesting stories with the news feature in the Microsoft SharePoint mobile app for Android. News stories are designed to display well on any device.

Reading Team News

The News tab shows the most recent articles from your sites you’re following and frequently visit along with suggested sites. Tap to read a news post.

News posts are designed to display well on mobile devices. When you tap a news headline from the Find tab or the News tab, you’ll see the full article complete with web parts, including images and embedded documents.

Managing Team News is currently available in SharePoint on the web only. The SharePoint mobile app for iOS allows adding a News post in SharePoint. For more information about editing or removing a News post on the web, see Keep your team updated with News on your team site
