ISSUE

Starting in Version 2503 (build 18620), users may receive a message “There is a problem with your account or device”. When attempting to sign in, they get a consent dialog asking to grant permission to an app labeled as "AugLoop.All (TEST Augmentation Loop MSIT)".

STATUS: FIXED

This issue is fixed in Office Version 2505 (Build 18827). To see when the fixed build is available you can monitor Update history for Microsoft 365 Apps (listed by date).
