Applies ToOutlook for iOS

If you don't have your Exchange mail settings and you are not able to connect using the simple log in then you should get in touch with your Exchange mail administrator and have them provide you with the log in information.

If you have your Exchange account set up in the default mail app on iOS you can copy the exact settings into our app by following these steps:

  1. Open the iOS Settings.

  2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

  3. Under Accounts, tap the mail account that you would like to connect to our app.

  4. Near the top, tap Account.

  5. You will now be able to see your settings for Server, Domain, Username and Password.

  6. Copy this information into the same fields when setting up your Exchange account in our app using the advanced settings.
