Copilot in Outlook can make suggestions and turn your rough draft or outline into a full email so you spend less time on email communication.
- In Outlook for Mac, choose a message from your message list.
- Select the Copilot icon
on the message toolbar. From the options, select Summarize and reply to this email. - After generating a draft, use the available Copilot controls shown in your version of Outlook to adjust tone, length, or regenerate the response.
