How can I access a Groups mailbox from the Outlook app?

Note

These features are only available to individuals using a work or school account with a qualifying Microsoft 365 subscription. 

  1. From the mail view, tap your account picture or initials in the top left corner of the app to open the folder list.
  2. Tap the icon for the Microsoft 365 email account that has groups enabled to expand a list of folders for that account.
  3. Tap Groups.
    Shows the Outlook app with the Inbox at the top of the list and the Groups option lower in the list.
  4. Choose the group whose mailbox you want to see.
    Shows the Groups screen, with a list of groups like Ignite 2016 and Senior Leadership Team.
