How can I access a Groups mailbox from the Outlook app?

Note

These features are only available to individuals using a work or school account with a qualifying Microsoft 365 subscription. 

From the mail view, tap the Home icon at the top left corner of the app.

  1. Tap the icon for the Microsoft 365 email account that has groups enabled to expand a list of folders for that account.
  2. Tap on Groups.
    Shows the Outlook app with the Inbox at the top of the list and the Groups option lower in the list.
  3. Choose the group that has the shared mailbox you want to see.
    Shows the Groups screen, with a list of groups like Ingite 2016 and Senior Leadership Team.
