Note
Outlook for iOS and Android adds another person's mailbox in the same way as a shared mailbox. You need Full Access permission to that mailbox (your IT admin can grant this), and both mailboxes must be in Exchange Online. Once you've been granted access to another person's mailbox, tap the Add Account button in the left navigation pane and then tap Add a Shared Mailbox. This will start the account addition process.
- You can also tap the avatar in the top lefthand corner, tap the Gear icon in the bottom left corner, and under Mail Accounts tap Add Mail Account, then tap Add a Shared Mailbox.
- Enter the email address of the mailbox that you have been granted access to. This should add the mailbox to your existing set of accounts.
