There are several reasons your links might be disabled in your Outlook for Windows email messages (when sending or receiving email messages).
Select a tab option below for the version of Outlook you're using. What version of Outlook do I have?
In new Outlook, links should be enabled by default. However, if they are disabled, you can do the following:
- Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email.
- Under Security options, make sure that Block attachments, pictures, and links from anyone not in my Safe senders and domains list is unchecked.
- Select Save.
